It is easy to remove your Apple ID from any device.

Step 1. Open the webpage "appleid.apple.com";

Step 2. Sign in your Apple account;

Step 3. Click "Devices", you will see all your devices under your Apple account.

Step 4. Click any device you want to remove from your account, then you will see this.

Step 5. Remove from your account. Done!
